Description

Voltage Stabilizers Standard

Main Technical Specifications:

  • Automatic disconnection from the network in case of increased input voltage.
  • Multi-level current protection.
  • Continuous operation mode.
  • LED display for indicating input and output voltage levels.
  • Automatic self-diagnosis during power-on.

Advantages of the Standard Series:

  • Enhanced voltage stabilization accuracy.
  • Quick response to input current variations.
  • High-quality assembly and robust construction.
  • Reinforced protection against short circuits and overload.
  • User-adjustable input voltage range.

Devices in this series have 16 levels of automatic adjustment, ensuring precise output voltage. They are designed for industrial, office, and household use, providing continuous stabilization of single-phase power grid parameters.

The devices are easy to connect and use. The manufacturer provides a wall-mount bracket and feet for floor placement. All current parameters are clearly displayed on the front panel indicator.

The automatic voltage regulator operates based on an autotransformer with thyristor switches. Continuous data processing and parameter adjustment are performed by the control board. Independent short-circuit protection is provided by the disconnecting switch.

The device is intended for both normal and emergency operation. In case of malfunction, the input voltage is supplied to the consumer, while protection against overvoltage is maintained.

The stabilizers provide:

  • Automatic disconnection from the network when the upper input voltage exceeds 267 V (220 V or 305 V for models oriented toward low-voltage - LV and high-voltage - HV respectively).
  • Stabilization of output phase voltage at 220 V ± 3% with input phase voltage varying from 139 to 248 V (98 ÷ 205 V or 176 ÷ 286 V for models oriented toward low-voltage - LV and high-voltage - HV respectively), at a frequency of 50 Hz.
  • Automatic disconnection from the network when the input phase voltage exceeds 340 V.
  • Undistorted sinusoidal output voltage.
  • Operation across the entire load range from idle to maximum load.
  • Continuous measurement of effective input current, input, and output voltage in each period of the mains frequency with a response time of no more than 20 ms.
  • Display of input voltage and current, stabilization degree, and output voltage on the indicator.
  • User-adjustable nominal output (stabilized) voltage range.
  • Error code indication during protective disconnection.
  • Protection against short circuits.
  • Protection against current exceeding, with improved capability for safe overload for limited time for motor starting currents.
  • Protection against current impulse overloads lasting 20 ms, with disconnection for 30 seconds.
  • Possibility of operating in "transit" mode in emergency situations.
  • Protection of consumers against overvoltage in "transit" mode when the input phase voltage exceeds 265 V.
  • Stabilizer shutdown in case of overheating of the power transformer winding.
  • Disconnection of power switches in case of overheating due to overload.
  • Protection against incorrect stabilizer connection.

The stabilizer does not have galvanic isolation between input and output.

Automatic disconnection from the network occurs when the upper input voltage exceeds the limit range of input voltages; automatic activation of the stabilizer occurs when the voltage drops below the working level.

The stabilizer provides protection against short circuits and long-term overload on the output, as well as "transit" mode in emergency situations or when voltage stabilization is not necessary.
